“The word delivers”

“the word delivers man you know this is not a pizza hey let's get delivered in 30 minutes or less right this is the word of god and it's a process that we that we learn in christ we learn to walk out deliverance because we're constantly being delivered it's called salvation” · 37 seconds

“the word of God is quick and Powerful it's sharper than any two-edged sword Hebrews 4 12 and it's able to divide asunder Spirit from Soul … really what's happening in a believer's life is that the soul has to be renewed by the word of God it has to be renewed

the mind has to be renewed otherwise it's just a carnal mind it's not spiritually minded and that is has to be trained that's a responsibility that you know we have as a Believer we have to renew our minds by the word of God not something that happens you know by osmosis”

David Smithey · The Master's Garden, 44:11

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”Hebrews 4:12

“Paul who prayed that the believer's body would be Sanctified wholly … his spirit and soul and body so we know that we're Sanctified … there really is no safe quarter … for a spirit to come back in”

David Smithey · The Master's Garden, 42:08

Guard your heart

“be very careful when you're hearing people tell you that it's easier to manifest the spirit that you don't have on the inside of you than the spirit that has become one with you first corinthians 6 17 says those who are joined to the lord become one spirit”

“whenever we forget that the god that we serve … has more power than the enemy whenever we start … paying more attention to the demonic when we start believing that the demonic has more power … then we're going to run into issues”

Pete Cabrera Jr

“guard your hearts because you're going to be robbed of the power the power of the kingdom of god the power of christ”

Questions people ask

Answered From The Word

Is this teaching against deliverance?

“i am not against deliverance i am not against what god is doing in certain people my job as a teacher is to address an issue and try to find the answer” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 7:27

“look i believe in deliverance i believe that the word ministered the right way would deliver” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 2:12:11

Should I read the Bible through the lens of deliverance?

“if when you read the scripture all you get is devils out of all your scriptures you're reading the scriptures wrong because because jesus said you search the scriptures thinking that in them you'll have eternal life but they all testify of him which means that everything you read should pull out christ” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 2:11:13

“you're supposed to read everything through the lens of christ not through deliverance” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 2:12:04

Who is responsible for my walk?

“we blame the enemy we blame the demonic but i mean when do we take accountability for what we do … we're not teaching christians to be held accountable for their walk and so we want other people to come and rescue everyone you know from their issues instead of teaching them to be mature and teach them how to grow in the word” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 1:27:52

“god gave us the ability through christ to stand up and defend ourselves … the decree still stands but now you have the power to defend yourself” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 1:29:13

What about a “Jezebel spirit”?

“all of these things that he is you know again put in the feet of this Jezebel spirit really is just various manifestations of the Flesh of sin … man's Fallen nature … as a result receiving a carnal mind and then that carnal mind is at enmity with God” — David Smithey, The Master's Garden, 37:54

Why does teaching that is not in Scripture leave people bound?

“if you're not teaching the word of god there's no power in what it is that you're giving and if there's no power in it you're giving people false hope” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 1:25:40

“they don't give the answer they just talk about the problem and the issue and they they they confirm the enemy over and over and over and there's people out there that are really struggling and they really want freedom” — Pete Cabrera Jr, Part 18, 1:26:18
